“People will forget what you said, and they will forget what you did. But they will never forget how you made them feel.” -Maya Angelou

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I believe happiness is found when there is only a small distance between where you are and where you want to be. Psychotherapy can bridge this gap by helping you know and accept yourself, unconditionally. This is the key to resolution of psychic pain.
Since 2008, I have counseled individuals, families, couples and groups in therapeutic schools, homeless shelters, community mental health centers, and private practice. I also speak Russian and have broad experience with cultural diversity. Trained in multiple theories, I supplement traditional talk therapy with experiential role-play, art therapy, therapeutic games, meditation, metaphor, and writing to creatively engage clients.
I focus on your dynamic needs through open dialogue, honesty, compassion, and humor within a collaborative and nurturing therapeutic relationship. You CAN have increased courage, self-esteem, and optimism to live the meaningful and fulfilling life you deserve.
