The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

The Framework

At Roundtable Mental Health, the goal is to conceptualize, develop and facilitate the full potential of the whole person. The way we interact with our past and present, our beliefs, peers, families, and environment creates a dynamic blueprint for who we are. The mind and body are interconnected and to ignore either element in the pursuit of overall wellness is a disservice to the person’s holistic and optimal health. Like leaves on a tree, our problems and successes are the symptoms of how well we care for the trunk of the tree and the soil that nourishes it.

To that end, psychotherapy is supported by collaboration and coordination with other practitioners who can offer additional perspectives to better capture the entire picture of what ails you. We then develop a treatment plan to achieve long-term sustained change based on newfound insights and behaviors that promote emotional, physical and interpersonal wellness.
